NCLUSD will transition all instruction to distance learning when we return from winter break January 6, 2021 through the third quarter of the school year ending March 12, 2021.
NCLUSD is offering meal kits for children ages 1-18 to ensure children in our community have food during Winter Break. Registration starts December 1, 8am. Pre-Order Here:
Next week (11/23-11/27) instruction will cease for Thanksgiving Break. I know this is a challenging and overwhelming time for many of us. At the same time, I am continuously reminded of all my many blessings and things for which I am grateful. At the top of that list is you, my Bonita family. Thank you for everything you do for our students. I wish you all good health and safety during this holiday break! Happy Thanksgiving!

Se requiere la participación / asistencia en el aprendizaje a distancia y debemos monitorear y registrar la participación / asistencia diariamente. Es importante que su hijo asista a las sesiones de zoom virtual todos los días y que participe en las tareas de aprendizaje a distancia. La participación incluye, pero no se limita a, "evidencia de participación en actividades en línea, finalización de asignaciones regulares, finalización de evaluaciones" y contacto con un empleado de la LEA y el estudiante o el padre / tutor del estudiante. Somos conscientes de que pueden ocurrir circunstancias y situaciones y le instamos a que se comunique con la oficina de su sitio y comunique esas circunstancias / situaciones. Estamos aquí para apoyarlo a usted y a su estudiante. Si un estudiante no participa y no tenemos noticias del estudiante o del padre, se marcará ausente ese día.
Participation/Attendance in Distance Learning is required and we are required to monitor and record participation/attendance daily. It is important that your child attend the virtual zoom sessions daily as well as participate in distance learning assignments. Participation includes, but is not limited to "evidence of participation in online activities, completion of regular assignments, completion of assessments" and contact with an employee of the LEA and the student or the parent/guardian of the student. We realize that circumstances and situations may occur and we urge you to contact your site office and communicate those circumstances/situations. We are here to support you and your student. If a student does not participate and we do not hear from the student or parent they will be marked absent for that day.
Meal distribution schedule beginning September 1: Mon-Fri 11am-12pm at VonRenner, Hunt, Bonita, Barrington & Yolo. Diablo Grande please call 862-2158 to arrange meal delivery to your door. Free for all children ages 1-18 and includes breakfast, lunch and supper.
